You won't be able to upload more photos until you either delete some existing photos or upgrade to a plan with more storage. We'll send you a notification when you're approaching your limit.

When you hit your monthly view limit, the gallery pauses (you get a warning email first). Your album will remain paused until your next billing cycle when views reset automatically. For Public Albums, you can purchase additional bandwidth ($2 for 2 GB = approximately 5,000 additional views).

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Your album will remain active and accessible until the end of your current billing period.

Private Albums: Your QR codes give controlled access to your album. You can revoke any QR code at any time. Public Albums: Your QR code provides permanent public access. Once created, public QR codes cannot be revoked.

We accept JPG/JPEG, PNG, and HEIC files up to 10 MB each. We do not support RAW camera files as these are very large and intended for professional editing.

Most smartphone photos are 2-5 MB. High-quality photos from newer phones might be 6-8 MB. Our 10 MB limit handles nearly all photos except professional RAW files.
