What happens when I reach my storage limit?
When you reach your storage limit, you won't be able to upload new photos until you upgrade your plan or delete some existing photos. We'll send you notifications before you hit your limit.
What happens when I exceed my bandwidth?
If you exceed your monthly bandwidth, album viewing will be temporarily paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan. Your data remains safe and accessible once the limit resets.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Your albums will remain accessible until the end of your billing period. No hidden fees or cancellation charges.
How do QR codes work?
Each album can have a unique QR code that you can share with friends and family. When scanned with any smartphone camera, it takes them directly to your album. You can print these codes or share them digitally!
