What is Impact Records?
Impact Records (IR) is the music division of Continent 5 Media Group, Inc. (C5M). It was created primarily to provide musical content to eksplode! Interactive — C5M's marketing division. IR also functions as a conventional recording label, scouting musical talent for development and use in future projects.
Galaxie Music Library (GML)
The GML is similar to YouTube Music, except instead of paying Artist royalties of $0.00069 per video viewed (that's 1,450 views required to earn just one dollar), IR offers a quid pro quo program as an incentive for Artists to join C5M's network.
Exposure for Artists
Galaxie Music (Part I)
IR developed a free streaming music service exclusively for its artists. The GM app displays the Artist's name and song title, with a hyperlink to their profile page where listeners can sample and purchase songs.
eksplode!'s VAC (Part II)
The Video Ad Contest is a program where contestants compete for cash prizes. Each video identifies the Artist and song being used, providing massive exposure to a global audience.
Selling Your Music
Selling digital downloads on IR is easy. Artists sign up, create their profile page, select a price for each song, then upload their music onto IR's platform.
Note 1: Participating Artists must agree to our Terms of Use, which includes authorizing IR to use their music on the GM and GML.
Note 2: Only original material will be used for the GML and GM, and all music/songs must be free of territorial restrictions.

For Artists who participate in C5M's eMoney program. The industry's lowest rate.
A transaction fee of 1.9% plus $0.10 per sale is also charged. Unlike CD Baby, TuneCore, and LANDR, IR does not charge distribution fees in advance — we only get paid when a song sells.
Payment Methods
All payments to Artists are electronically transferred via one of four methods:

C5M's eMoney
C5M's eMoney Network
As an alternative to PayPal, Venmo, or bank transfer, C5M developed eMoney — a digital currency that can be spent on merchandise and services within C5M's network. Artists who select eMoney save on commission fees, avoid PayPal/Venmo seller fees (2.9% + $0.30), and avoid the $2.00 payment processing fee.
Earnings & Payouts
Payouts are initiated when an account balance reaches or exceeds $50.00 USD.
eMoney Participants
$50.00 payout at 6% commission (minus $3.00) = $47.00
Non-eMoney Participants
$50.00 at 12% ($6.00) = $44.00, minus $2.00 processing = $42.00
